People to people (P-2-P)Platform

The P-2-P Platform(platform) is a innovation by Jacky and is unique to SPB. It is managed by a board call Qi Yuan. Qi Yuan represents SPB's interest and is the vehicle for SPB's CSR initiatives. SPB advises Qi Yuan, provides initial funding and build facilities.
I am gladdened to hear of SPB's efforts to develop Qi Yuan a Retirement Home for Retired Monks. A first in Malaysia, the home is dedicated to the care and well being of retired monks. Interestingly, the home is managed by non-profit organisations with the help of volunteers from the community via a "people-2-people platform' innovated by Jacky. The 'platform' harnesses the power of people to secure the long-term sustainability of the organisation and the initiative.
